Starting in Costa Rica, Micasa has mirrored the country's entire National Registry and turned one of the world's most opaque property markets into clean, queryable intelligence, delivering verified ownership, real transaction history, smart analytics, and true market value in seconds.
He is also the Founder and President of Owl Capital Investments, a real estate development and advisory firm specializing in niche hospitality and high-impact real estate projects, and the Founder and President of Bluebird Properties Ltd., a commercial real estate asset management company.
With over 14 years of experience across real estate investment, acquisitions, development, financing, and construction, Aaron has led the design and execution of award-winning rental properties, resorts, commercial assets, and high-density residential developments.
Aaron advises a range of hospitality and conservation-led developments, including Corridor, Guanavista, Arcana, Solis, Silvestre Hotel & Residences and Moniker Partners. He is also the owner and developer of Alexander Island, an 85-room resort set on 65 acres of Lake Ontario waterfront in Prince Edward County, Ontario.
Previously, Aaron sat on the Board of Directors for Dimensions, a psychedelic-assisted therapy and hospitality company, where he acted as Chief Development Officer, overseeing the design and construction of its flagship resort in the Algonquin Highlands. Earlier in his career, he founded Campus Vacations, Canada's largest provider of organized travel for the university and college sector, which was acquired in 2013.
Aaron resides with his family in Costa Rica, where he enjoys surfing, and embracing the Pura Vida lifestyle.
